Courtney Houston is a native Wilsonian who obtained her Master's of Business Administration from East Carolina University. While at ECU she met her husband who is now an active duty Captain Logistics Officer in the Marine Corps. Shortly after graduation, the Marine Corps stationed them in Southern California in Twentynine Palms for 4 years. Just this past October, the military shipped them back to the East Coast where they will settle down back in their roots.
While in California Courtney started her real estate career working under the top producer Broker in the area closing over 300 transactions per year. Courtney has quickly climbed to the top percentages within her region and in her first year of practicing real estate closed 52 sales of her own. She is known for her friendliness, but tough negotiation skills.
Having shared similar experiences of PCS troubles like other military families, she became devoted to making the process as seamless as possible. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) by the National Association of REALTORS®.
She prides herself in making every client feel like they are her only client with her foundation built on communication, honesty, and transparency. When you combine Courtney’s real estate experience with her savvy and innovative business knowledge, her clients ALWAYS win.
